I am a US citizen. Two years from now, I'd like to move to Ireland to attend NUIG for my master's degree, and an additional bachelors degree. I have found all the information required for me to move there for school, but I was wondering if after my schooling was finished, I could apply for a work visa or a permanent residency card and remain in the country. Does anyone know if you have to leave after your allotted time for school is up or if you can stay if you do the proper paperwork? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
