Moving to Germany from the U.S will my electronics work?

I have a xbox 360 and a Desktop PC that I want to bring with me to Germany. I have a couple of questions. Will they both work there and also what's the best way to take my PC with me on the airplane? Do I put it in my bag or how the heck am I supposed to do it? Same goes for my xbox and monitor, thanks.
