The problem is as follows:
Consider the graph of y=e^x
(a) Find the equation of the graph that results from reflecting about the line y = 6.
(b) Find the equation of the graph that results from reflecting about the line x = 5.
I thought that this was pretty basic with (a) being y=(-e^x)+6 and (b) being y=e^(-x-5) but the I keep getting the wrong answer according to the assignment.
any help would be appreciated.
