okay here's the deal i make(minus tithes) 1200 a month. My friend makes about 700, and so does his nephew(who is 2 years younger than us). I did the math and it cost about 300 a person in foods. So 1200-300=900,700-300=400. so we have afford a place with 2 rooms. I will also pay for my own cell(50) so i have 850 for rent/extra stuff per month/savings. We all have stable jobs and our friends girlfriend will also help with rent once she is able to get a job so at least another 300. so at 400 each now x3 =1200(including all utilities). are we able to afford a place. We have free internet n cable regardless of location so that doesn't matter. we just need a place cause very soon all of us may be homeless either way.i will not be signing the lease also and as a back up the rent will be co-signed under my friends mom for at least 6 months,as she is rich but won't directly help him or his nephew(they don't live with her). Is this possible to do?
yes people i know about the 25% rule but what do you expect us to just be homeless then and continue going to work???? I asked is this possible not preferable as we have no other choice in the next month or two.
