Moving contacts between account

Hi

I've a GOOGLE APPS account (not a "normal" @gmail account!), I've added it on my Galaxy S so I can see my contacts.

Moving from an iPhone I've used Funambol to transfer contact phone numbers to Android OS, on Galaxy S Funambol creates another account and all "old" contacts are "binded" to this account.

There's a way to move "Funambol contacts" to my Google Apps account ?
