Can anyone please advise me on how I can get out of my contract which was done over the phone.
There are two reasons for this...
One, the Blackberry Storm is just not clear enough for me to hear well and I always end up asking people to call my other line. I also find it hard to use, when they said it would be easy.
Two, I am moving abroad so daren't use it there as the costs will be extortionate...
Any ideas of how to get out of this either cheaply, or free please?
