Movie where you thought another actor/actress would have been better suited?

Have always thought Last Samurai with Tom Cruise is a great movie but maybe because I don't like Tom Cruise much I've always thought that if Viggo Mortensen had played the lead role this would have become a classic, any movies you think would have been better or you wish someone else had the lead role?
