Movie versions of songs

I'm not sure what the correct terminology is for these but I've heard versions of songs from movies on the radio with dialogue snippets intermingled into the song.

A couple that spring to mind are 'My heart will go on' by Celine Dion from Titanic and 'Secret Garden' by Bruce Springsteen from 'Jerry Maguire'.

I quite like them. Are they available on iTunes?

I'm not quite sure what to search for.

songs from the the Batman soundtrack by Prince. there where plenty of snippets of lines from the movie in it.

Those versions you're referring to are usually found on the soundtrack albums.
