I know this is really vague, but this is all i can remember

this is supposedly a super -de -duper famous quote from a movie. and there's an old man walking around the kitchen and he keeps on repeating, "blah blah blah, blah blah blah, toyyyooooootaaaa". and that's all i can remember. Can anyone tell me what movie this is from?
