Movie mistakes - kill bill

When the bride goes Okinawa to see the bar man that makes her 'The sword' I have noticed a mistake. The bar man is chopping something with a knife and places the knife on the wall. The knife is placed straight but after a change of view it is to the side. anyone else seen this or do i have too much time on my hanRAB..? seen kill bill four times..

the name on the ticket is Kideo which will problebly of been a fake like the name on the wedding licence

Apparently Tarrantino included all the "mistakes" deliberately as the style of film he was paying homage to were notorious for continuity errors.
Thats his excuse anyway
