im a 90's baby so its something i would watch when i was little
i just cant remember what movie this was -_____-
it was about a little girl (i THINK it was a girl) and she either got lost or ran away from home and her parents put her face on ALL the milk cartons like "have you seen me" and in this scene it shows the factory
also talking animals and it was a cartoon ofcourse
and there is one scene that a can is kicked down a little place where its like a sidewalk and it goes into water and someone is looking for the girl but she is hiding? i thinkk
