Movie/book about vampires?

Hey a couple of weeks ago i heard about some movie or book or something about vampires? there was some chick in it named Becka or Bella or something and some dude named edmund who was covered in glitter? i asked literally like half the people in my year and no one knew anything about it. anyone have any idea?

its called twilight. it is a VERY popular book series and movie series. a wonderful book u should definetly read it. the guys name is edward, and the girls name is bella. i cant believe u havent heard of the seies. a definite read.
