Hi.
I want to learn this effect in flash. please guide me how can i do this very similar effect as in this video link in the end given.
when i move mouse to a dot/point it will zoom in and other dot/points will zoom out. and move dot to any where and adjust it any where.
In short i want to make flash like Rocket-Dock Effect in Video time from 0:03 to 0:34.
