Mountain bike rigid forks with close to these specifications (within +-5mm)?

-Axle to crown 400mm
-FORK OFFSET (fork rake) 40mm-35mm. (45mm seems extremely standard but I want to control my wheelbase specifically to be less than 45mm.)
-V-brake (disc mounts can also be on the fork but I plan to use V-brakes).
