Mount phone camera on bike!! please help?

Hi i have a lg viewty ku990 and i want to mount it on my bike to record, please can you tell me the best way to do this as it doesn't have a screw hole to screw it onto. also because the camera lense on my phone takes up possibly over a third of the back of the phone i cant just get a normal phone mount for a bike.

so what i really need is a mount for a bike that doesn't use a screw mount, does not cover alot of the back (but if neccesary i can saw off the bits i dont need :]).
