Motorola w755 from verizon to cricket HELP

I've flashed a few phones and the W755 has been the biggest pain! Took forever to get the phone working as it had to be programmed manually. For some reason OTAP would not and still doesn't work. I can get to the web and see crickets home page but for some reason it recieves texts but when I try to send texts I get "message sending failed" Did I miss a step or field in RSD when I programmed this?

the solution to the outgoing mms is the fact that verizon sends mms with 1+mdn. cricket sends with mdn only, that is why u get the text message from cricket after a failed outgoing mms saying enter a valid ten digit number. unfortunately i have not found where to edit this setting in the phone. being a motorola i can only assume it is a seem edit or maybe an nv item. if any one has info on how to edit that, please post here

i have heard it is a seem edit however i have not found the seem for that, but then again i think im looking in all the wrong areas

seem 29BB is where the x-vzw-MDN is located, but to change the 1+mdn???? i dont know

I found the seem a while back but it did not make a difference. It is in the range where you found the X-VZW-MDN.
I toggled the number to random numbers and found it each time but still did not work. I believe it is called the "National agent" on the older Moto MMS settings.

Might be something burned into the FW of the phones, i know as it has been posted before that if you send it via e-mail it works

i will get a VZW phone and check the seem out, might be something that needs to be changed in the FW itself.

Its not my solution, i dont remember where i got it and i have never used it. so i dont know if it works, but give it a try. Who knows, it might work.
Post back results if you try it please.

In my experience, CDMA workshop has limited functionality with Motorola phones, RSD CDMA general will read the SPC and allow you to change it. Select security groupings.

If the phone is a verizon prepaid you need to use the spc calculator on the new cdma workshop.If the phone is not verizon prepaid and is verizon the spc should be defaulted to 000000.Ive done a few w755 and in my experience they where prepaid and i used the calcullator on cdma ws

i used the spc calculator and the spc is found but when i enter the spc code which method do i have to use to unlock the spc?

you dont need to use any method put the spc you got from calculator ind the box where the spc goes and send if its the coorect one it will tell you unlocked...

i already did it. i entered the code and send it,but it says unlock code not accept it, and it counts 10 seconds.

i've been having the same problem with my new flashed motorola w755 cell phone from verizon to cricket. i can receive text, call out, and receive calls but i cannot text out or send out photos. i've read this thread a dozen times and did everything that i could with the w755 but it doesn't fix the problem. there was a link from bigglou23 but that link no longer works. does anyone have a fix for this problem?

I think you can find it @ cdma gurus like biglou23 posted, his link was from before gurus updated. But it still there.
