Motorola W375 to PC connection?

So, my phone's time is up. It's time to move on. Before I do that though, I want to get the pictures off of my old phone and put them onto my new phone. Is there a way to do this?

And if so, is there a way to do this using the PC?

Is there any special software I need?

Can you provide a link to the software?
