I have a motorola v3i, 2 year old. It was left unused for almost 1 year. when i switch on the phone, it feels like being affected by a bad virus... select a profile menu appears automatically everywhere after switching on. i cant make any calls or do anything because this profile selector disturbs me and selection colour runs throughout every option and settles on silent mode. i am extremely irritated. someone please urgently help......????
