Motorola V3 keypad backlight?

I just bought a blue razr v3 and the keypad only lights up when I hold down the "#" key there is also a buzzing noise coming from the keypad that seems quieter when im holding down the"#" key, I dont have a warrantee and i cant return it, how do i fix it?

Also, if i press around the keypad, or the inner and outer screens, they bend a little, is that normal?
