The Motorola SLVR L2 is not a very great mobile. It has no expandable memory, limited internal memory, a very poor screen and no camera or, really, and type of special features. It basically makes calls, thats it. I don't know much about the Siemens but at least it looks better, has a better UI, and has more internal memory
