so i have had 4 motorola rival phones from verizon and all the phones have been defective. the 2 main problems i have had are the phone always shutting down for no reason and also for the last 3 phones the screen has either gone black or completely white and never works again. now i talked to verizon and they are sending me another MOTOROLA RIVAL so this will b my 5th phone and it ridicoulous. they are trying to tell me that my phone has water damage and i know for sure it doesnt because the water damage thing on the battery is not red. what should i do? obviously these phone have major problems and should have a recall
