Please help with unusual circumstance.
The phone broke clean in two and has no screen. The phone still functions 100% but I need help doing one of three things.
1)Downloading and executing the backup assistant app from verizon
or
2)Going into settings and configuring the settings. I have been told by the new carrier that I need to do "menu...settings...connection...usb settings...data connection". A walkthrough would be great.
or
3)Setting the phone to some sort of disability setting for blind people that will speak the menus to me.
I need as much detail as you can provide. All of my preferences were the defaults, if that helps at all. Thanks a lot...I truly appreciate it.
