Motorola Razr V3M wont let me call or text?

i have this razor an it was working fine; i was playin basketball an it was in my pocket for like ten minutes an when i pulled it out an tried to call it wouldnt connect and it wont let me send texts but people can call me an it wil ring on their phone but mine wont ring or even say someone is calling an now it has a yellow triangle that flashes on the top left side of screen. how do i get it fixed
