Motorola razr v3 or samsung impression?

I have both? Which one should I use? I do not like the touch-screen on that phone, but the Motorola V3, I like and it's fine. I am getting the HTC Inspire on my upgrade but am stuck with two of these phones now. Which is better, which one should I use, and why? I've used the Motorola razar v3, and it is a pretty good phone. Which one should I use, and why?
