Try turning it off, take the battery and sim card out, wait 30 sec, and then put it back together and turn it on. If that doesn't help, then make sure all your settings are correct. You can call customer service and speak to the technical help people and they will trouble shoot it for you (just be sure to call from a different phone so that you can follow their instructions on your razr). And finally, if they are unable to get it fixed, bring it in to a corporate store and have their techs look at it or file a claim if necessary. good luck
