Motorola Razr broke in half, bottom still works, can I use it still?

The top screen snapped off, so I can't see what I'm doing. It does still work in every other way, though. I need to figure out how to get it to go to speaker phone without needing the button that was on the now-unattached top part. I would need the amount of keystrokes too, like "press down 3 times" then press "5" or whatever
