Motorola Q - my phone stopped making question marks ):?

When I hit the 0 key while writing a text, it makes a zero instead of a "?"

The alt and shift keys dont help... so now I have to hit alt then shift and cycle to the question mark to put one in, this is really annoying. Please Help! Thanks!
