Motorola Q-GSM or Samsung SGH-i600 carrier

Does anyone have knowledge or rumor info as to which US carrier will offer either the Motorola Q-GSM version or the Samsung SGH-i600? I currently have T-Mobile and have to re-new or change carriers so I want to pick the most likely carrier to offer one of these phones.

Cingular is supposedly picking up i607 sometime in the near (2/3 months). The Q is supposed to drop in Q1 07 (if I recall correctly). However, the HTC Excalibur is going to drop on T-Mobile as the T-Mobile Dash. It is, in my opinion, by far the best device in the group.
