I have a Motorola XTS 3000 portable radio. When I put the battery inside the radio, the radio turns on and displays self test before displaying the channel, but the radio is suppose to be off. If I turn the radio on and then back to the off position, the radio just self checks and remains on even though the knozzle is in the off position. The battery is charged and I tried two different batteries, any thoughts?
