my phone wont show who my callers are. it only says caller unknown. i have different ringtones set for people on my phone. this started happening like 4 months ago and its really annoying because i can't see who is calling. when people txt me it says who they are. its only when they call me that it wont tell me who it is. also, when i call them it states who they are. how do you fix it so that you can see the callers that call your phone? this is happening for everyone that calls me. including my contacts. help?
