hard reset wont solve this problem

you need motoblur ac to activate ur phone .
 
Power+Camera button and press house key or and press alt-w it will reset every thing to factory same as g1
 
exactly so you seem understands my problem this phone is askiing for motoblur account activation but when it get activated it asking for radio desactivation can u plz help further
 
i need help as well, i have one of this and need to configure the wifi, or configure the apn to make the brur account
