My internal screen is cracked and it doesn't have a memory card. Is there anyway to retrieve the pictures. I've tried by way of USB but it only tells me the modem is connected. Is there a procedure I can try. The cost is $50 at a repair shop. I don't need the phone because it's old I just need the family pictures and videos.
