motorola i1 or blackberry curve 8330?

i am going to go with boost mobile. those 2 are different series one is a iden and the other is a cdma. what is the differense between the cdma and the cdma x series also btw? well i was wondering which one of those 2 phones would be better for like web browsing and overall better service and faster. thank you
