Motorola Hint vs. Motorola VE440?

Right now I have the Hint, and I really don't like it. Just the overall shape is awkward and it's also pretty heavy so I drop it a lot. I'm looking at the VE440. Is it worth it? I like the shape, and it's quite a bit lighter. But, as far as features go, should I spend the money and replace my hint? Thanks!
