Motorola E815 user moving to a new phone

Hi everyone. I'm going to be making a move within the next couple of days to a new phone, and I'm looking at going with either T-Mobile or Verizon (currently, I'm using Verizon).

These are the features I'm looking for:

* A screen as good or better than the E815
* Easy upload of custom MP3 ringtones and wallpapers
- currently, I either use the USB cable and wrangle with the motorola software, or email an mp3 to my phone & save it. I would like something easier, as the motorola software is unwieldly as hell...but I can live with it if it allows good customizaton.
* good sound quality
* photo caller ID
* decent alarm clock / scheduler
* Bluetooth hands-free compatable
* reasonable price

I don't do much texting, and I don't usually surf the web on my phone. Right now, I'm looking at a Motorola RAZR MAXX VE or a Motorola KRZR K1m Phone. I can get the MAXX through Amazon for $130 when signing up, and the KRZR for about $30. I'll go with something other than Motorola if I can get some suggestions...but right now, the MAXX is probably ahead.

Also, is the amazon.com signup ok? The rebates they include are pretty much what's putting the MAXX into my price range. I've had good luck with Verizon in the past, service-wise, so I don't see us changing our plan within the near future.

- Also, am I right in reading that with the phonebook, you can only choose one of 12 ringtones to use with an entry, and not use a custom ringtone, like I can with the 815?
