Motorola E6 ROKR or Samsung Blackjack?

Well I'm looking to "update" my phone collection. My Treo is getting a bit outdated and I'd like to find a replacement for it.

I've spotted two phones that appeal to me because of the versatility and size.

First, the E6 ROKR. This phone is only Tri-Band, but there are edits for it that allow it to be quad-band, so that's not a problem. This phone is great. It's slim, it's touchscreen. The drawback is that there is no dialpad or keyboard. This means you have to pull up the dial-pad screen on the phone to dial.

Second, the Samsung Blackjack. This phone has been on the market for a while yet it still appeals to me due to the size and the full QWERTY keyboard. It has 3G, but I won't need it because I don't really use the services on it. I will mainly use it for calling and as a PDA.

Which one should I get?

Blackjack. The qwerty and superior PDA functions make it the better choice.

Messaging on a Rokr will drive you insane with the touchscreen interface.

I have no doubt that few years from now, touchscreens will become the norm. But they still have a lot of catching up to do before they become as user friendly as a qwerty or even a normal keypad.
