Motorola Droid - tech question about downloads?

When I download something that is (dot)html format, where is it stored in the phone? It's something that is showing up on the "downloads" list in the browser. How do I delete it entirely?

Same with PDFs... when I download one from a website, where is it stored and how do I delete it entirely?
