so iv had my droid ( motorola first keyboard droid) for a couple months now, and my mom and i this morning were both eligible for an update on our phones, to improve the features of the phone, hers updated fast and works perfectly now, i accepted and once it started updating, it went to a black screen with an exclamation point and a picture of my phone indication there was an error updating my phone.. and then my phone shut off and wont turn back on, if anyone knows what i am talking about or know of any way to fix this at home without having to go to a verizon technician, please help me, my phone has everything on it.
