I have the Motorola Droid.. Im trying to send a picture message from my gallery or right after I take the picture... It loads to the message and then I can input who I want to send it to. Problem is.. I dont know everyones number. I noticed that it will only recognize contacts that are linked with my facebook. For example.. I wanted to send it to my mom. She is saved in my phone as Mom.. and not her facebook name. So it basically shows that I typed in mom which numbers are "666". so it shows up as that... Instead of bringing up my contact that is saved under Mom. It does this to several of my other contacts as well. How can I get it so that it brings up their numbers instead of the numbers that are on that number. ?? I hope this makes sense. I mean I can go into my contacts, click on the persons name and send it that way.. But its annoying If i already have the picture right there after I take it... and have to close it, go to my contacts, and click attach. Im assuming the way that im questioning.. i could also send to multiple people. I have no clue how to even do that if some of my contacts dont show up when i try typing in their name. HELP!!
I noticed at one point i said "How can I get it so that it brings up their numbers instead of the numbers that are on that number. "
Sounds a little confusing.. but what I mean is that How can I get it to bring up my contacts number.. instead of the letters I type in that correspond to the number thats on the keypad. For example to type mom on a number keypad its 666.
Figured it out.... it was because I had numbers saved as a "home" number rather then a "mobile" number..
