I have a moto droid, and know a lot about it. i use handcent sms so i have the android messaging notifications turned off. However, im getting a notification still that is telling me i have an unread message, or sometimes it says i dont have any unread messages. i can always clear it to make it go away, but it comes back when i get another message. its annoying to hear and feel my phone go off 2 times every time. ive checked everything i know about to try and find what app is making this happen but i cant find the culprit.
the notification looks like the black and white envelope. just wondering if anyone would know how to help out.
if it helps ive checked the running services to see if there were any apps that were giving the notification and none of them were.
