motorola droid flashed question?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!?

ok so for my bday im thinking of getting a motorola droid and then getting it flashed to metro pcs,but he thing is that i read everywhere that if i flash it I wont be able to use mms or internet.can somebody please tell me where i can F U L L Y flash it including mms and internet?p.s im getting i want metro pcs service for it please hear e ppl im DESPRATE:////
