okay i got the motorola crush yesterday and it was working fine and everything this morning and then i went to go look at it a little bit ago and it wouldnt unlock it was just a black screen and i never did shut it off anyways i tried turning it on but it wont do anything and i tried to take out the battery but i cant get the battery out and idk whats happening! i just want my phone to work!!!!! haha so please someone help me
