So i really need to know whats wrong with my phone since no one has been able to help me out at all.
Last night i plugged my phone on its charger since it was completely dead. It went to the charger screen and said it was charging and that it was on "low battery". I wanted to get my phone back to its main screen where its your background and etc, and it wouldn't let me. I then unplugged my phone and plugged it back up again. It wont turn on. Ive tried taking the battery out and turning it on and ive kept it plugged into its charger for 12 hours. It still wont turn on.
Ive went to two places that carry my phone and they have no clue whats going on (since i brought it online and i couldn't get any help from where ive brought it.)
