Motorola cliq android root 2.1 help?

okay, so i updated to the lastest official version on 2.1 for the cliq/dext/mb200
i rooted it with visionary, and im trying to flash a jrodd rom
every time i press apply update.zip it says it could not be found
PLZ HELP!!!
its driving me crazy!
i put the zipped file on the root of the sdcard
