I called customer care for tmobile. and they didn't know the problem. they had me factory reset my phone (which deleted everything!) and the photos on the sd card not even the music will show in the gallery. i took out my battery, sim, and memory card for a good long time. that didn't work. seems like nothing will work. it's android and apparently that happens to a lot of people... helppp meeee!
