Now I have tried turning the phone off and back on, taking the battery out, and made sure its not just on wifi bc I hear that could cause this problem. I can go online and send any type for message including videos... is there something im missing or will I have to send this bad boy in for repairs? My first backflip was broken I had insurance so the company sent this one to me and its under warranty. Im going to call tomorrow unless there is an easier fix with less waiting =)
