I have perfect connection. I can make calls, send texts, use the internet etc. but i cannot receive texts. i also looked at my phone setting and it says my "mobile network state" is disconnected. im also wondering if that has anything to do with it. but i have perfect connection with everything else but i wont receive text messages.
