My backflip is REALLY slow when i use the touch screen. Also, sometimes when i lock it, and i accidentally hit the camera button, it goes to the camera, so it really doesnt lock (sometimes) and it says i need to charge it, but it doesnt turn red, so i sometimes dont know when to charge it. I really want a White Blackberry Bold 9000, but my contract ends June or July '11. I cant stand my phone any longer. How can i convince them to let me exchange my phone, or how could i fix my Backflip? (I have AT&T by the way) Thanks for your help
