My mom messed up her phone so i'm going to give her my old backflip. I want to restore it back to factory settings. I've been online all day trying to figure out how to reset it. I've done all the steps its told me to do:
turn off the power.. hold the camera button and power button at the same time until the screen shows to let get of the camera button. The next screen shows up and I'm suppose to hit the down volume button. After that the screen comes up with the triangle & phone. Says that you are suppose to touch the screen just about the back button and the secret menu comes up. I've touched every inch of the screen and every button, but nothing happens. I also tried to move onto the next step: press alt + w... nothing happens. can someone help me.
