Motorola Back Flip HELP :l?

So anyone with at&t or a motorola back flip can help me. I just got this
phone and when i start it up, the Motoblur screen comes up. I go through
the steps and when i attempt to make an account, it says i have no signal.
And i tried everything but I cannot get ANY signal D:








I just wish to use my new phone. And i cannot get out of this motoblur
setup page
